WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the nature of our items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

We DO NOT accept any returns or exchanges at this time.We encourage you to take make sure to read all item descriptions online & inspect your items throughouly in-store.

WHEN WILLMY ORDER SHIP?

Please allow up to 3 BUSINESS days for your item/s to leave our warehouse.

 

All packages will ship standard ground via USPS or UPS & transit times are set by the carrier --you can refer to each carrier's website for their current transit times.

HOW CAN I GET MY TRACKING INFORMATION?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

 

Carriers will scan each package upon pickup, please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to populate. At any time, you may reach out to the carrier directly with the tracking number for any specific updates.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We package everything with love (& take extra care according to industry standards), but in the unfortunate event an item arrives damaged, please notify us via EMAIL within FIVE (5) days of receipt. 

 

In your email please include the following: order number, photo/s of the damaged item, photo of the box, and photo of the shipping label & packaging (all required by carriers) so we can submit a claim with the carrier.

 

We are unable to assist if the required proof of damages is not received. If we are not notified within 5 days of receipt, you will be responsible for submitting a claim with the carrier. We will do our best to replace any item, if possible, or offer a refund/store credit. Please note, no shipping charges will be refunded unless carrier approves the claim.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST, STOLEN OR DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS?

In this unfortunate case we are unable to assist as this is out of our control, however we suggest you notify the carrier with the tracking number provided on your shipping confirmation email so they can be of further assistance with opening a trace/claim etc.

CAN I ORDER ONLINE & PICKUP IN-STORE?

You bet! Just select the pickup option at checkout for FREE pickup in-store

 

You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup & you can always pickup during business hours (Friday + Saturday:10-4PM) or email us to schedule an alternate pickup time.

WHAT IS YOUR PICKUP POLICY?

We are happy to hold any purchased items for 14 days from the date of purchase. After this time, we charge a $20/wk hold fee due to our limited space.

 

After 90 days, we reserve the right to consider items to be abandoned & no refunds will be given.

WHAT ARE  YOUR DELIVERY/PICK-UP POLICY?

We are available for pick-up and delivery Monday-Saturday from 10-4PM with an appointment only.

 

We will schedule a pick-up or delivery day & time that works best for you.  We understand life happens and will offer a one-time reschedule for free.  Any rescheduled after will include a $25.00 reschedule fee.
